Bielsko-Biala is the main city of the agglomeration and a significant town center in the scale on the country, with a special cultural and tourist values. The population of the city is about 200 000 and it is situated in the south part of the Silesian region, on the border of Slask Cieszynski and Malopolska, on the Pogorze Slaskie, at the food of the Beskid Slaski.
